Goal

Sometimes, it happens that customer did not accept the all quantities/items being delivered to them through a Shipment. It could be due to various reasons like - defective/damaged/missing parts products etc.

In such cases, some business needs to place a Return (RMA) Order in their Source System's Order Management module to complete the material transaction and invoice preparation.

Is there any Out-of-the-Box interface through which OTM can triggers the RMA Order creation in Source System's OM Module?
