"Alert. 504 Error" When Attempting to Update the Properties for the Forecast Curve in the Cashflow (Doc ID 2959676.1)

Symptoms

When a user attempts to make any changes to the properties for their forecast curve in the cash flow, after clicking save, there is a spinning wheel for about two minutes, then the error below occurs. Issue occurs in both Production and Stage

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Shell > Cash flow.
  3. Select the gear to the left of the cash flow and select properties.
  4. Select the forecast curve and make a change to the settings, such as changing cost to budget variance.
  5. Click update.
  6. Click on save & close.
