Symptoms
Container Lookup Not Working in SIOCS.
When the user scans the Container ID or Key enters the Container ID in SOCS HH Mobile device, it is getting errored out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To Lookups --> Container LookUp --> Scan Container ID
