Symptoms

Private Access Channel (PAC) is configured with OAC in order to connect to PostgreSQL on-premise. The Database hostname resolves successfully when checked via nslookup command executed on a compute instance in the same subnet as the PAC endpoint. But creating and saving a PostgreSQL Connection in OAC (/dv > Create > Connection) fails with following error:
