Distributor Formula for Pre-Statutory Deductions pension element created in Release 13 update 23B update has errors in compiling. 

The formula created by the pension element template is in invalid status and compilation fails with:

Formula <Element_Name> DISTRIBUTOR, line 88, a local variable was used before being initialized.

Attempting to assign the DBI "<ELEMENT_NAME>_EMPLOYERS_CONTRIBUTION_ASG_NOCB_PTD. This balance has not been created automatically because the AVC does not include employer contributions. When answering the element questionnaire , "No" had been selected as the answer to: "Are employer contributions allowed for this deduction?"
