  i. The file failed create accounting with the following error: The Create Accounting process ended with a status of Error because one of its child processes failed .
  ii. The error message in log 2273104 states - XLA_AP_FATAL_SQL_ERROR! Module: xla_desc_get_lkupval, Statement: SELECT lookup value, Oracle error: ORA-01403: no data found
