Error in the Project Plan that prevents from creating a baseline.

ERROR

You cant update the financial project plan because a resource assignment exists in the project pIan baseline which cant be deleted.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We have an error related to the resources assignments that are out the task's dates. keep in mind that we have updated a task that already have a resource assigned with planned task dates with a new resource assignment and new task dates.
2. And this project has a baseline created previously.
3. The system needs the user to perform a process called "Update the Financial Plan and Progress" action, when we ran it, the output told us to set a baseline again to be able to update the financial project plan,

When trying to run it receiving error:
Message :
You cant update the financial project plan because a resource assignment exists in the project pIan baseline which cant be deleted.
User Details :
Set the project plan baseline again to update the financial project plan.

4. Baseline - cannot be done because the error prevent us from doing it.

A few of the resource assignments dates are outside the task dates.
Perform the Update Financial Plan and Progress action to synchronize all dates
