Symptoms
+ OIC integration application user is unable to connect after account expiry and password reset.
+ It will get locked immediately (ORA-28002) by OIC Integration application (details can be retrieved from unified_audit_trail) and will will include OSuser odosvc and Hostname which belongs to the OCI integrations - managed by Oracle.
Changes
OIC integration application password reset was done.
