E$ Tables Are Not Showing in APEX After They Are Newly Created From a First-time Load (Doc ID 2960758.1)

Goal

After loading SALES.csv from HIST_STG_CSV_SALES_LOAD_ADHOC, it is not possible to query e$_w_rtl_sls_trx_it_lc_dy_tmp to see if the incoming data has some issue preventing it from being loaded. This would normally write the records to e$_w_rtl_sls_trx_it_lc_dy_tmp if the data is rejected going from W_RTL_SLS_TRX_IT_LC_DY_FS -> W_RTL_SLS_TRX_IT_LC_DY_F.
