Not Able To Input Data In A New Context Transfer Type Code (Doc ID 2960911.1)

Symptoms

In SIOCS you have created a new context type under menu Admin - Data Setup - Code Info.

New Code Type: Transfer Context Type
Code: Repair
Description: Type

In SOCS when you create a store-to-store transfer, and then edit the transfer you can select the new Transfer Context code recently created, notice that the value field is disabled for any other context type other than Promotion.
