Favorites Can Re-navigate to Scheduled Process and Reports And Analytics Page Without Employee Role (Doc ID 2960939.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When removing Role : Employee (ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT),

Tools > Scheduled Process
Tools > Reports and Analytics

from a user, above icon will disappear from the Homepage which is expected,
but when above 2 pages were per-registered via

Favorites > Add to Favorites

menu, user can re-navigate to Scheduled Process window or Reports and Analytics window through Favorites menu.

Steps
1. Login to admin user

2. Security Console > Users

3. Create new user : userA

4. Add Role : Employee (ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT) only to this new user : userA

5. Login out and Login with user : userA

6. Go to Tools > Scheduled Process

7. Favorites > Add to Favorites

Monitor Process

8. Go to Tools > Reports and Analytics

9. Favorites > Add to Favorites

Reports and Analytics

10. Sign out and Sign in with admin user

11. Security Console > Users

12. search User : userA

13. Remove all roles including : Employee (ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT)

14. Login out and Login with user : userA

15. From springboard there is no

Scheduled Process
Reports and Analytics

Note : If above icon still exists, run below ESS Jobs from admin user to reflect the role changes.

A) Send Pending LDAP Requests
B) Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes
C) Import User and Role Application Security Data

16. Favorites > Reports and Analytics

==> Can navigate to Reports and Analytics

17. Favorites > Monitor Process

==> Can navigate to Scheduled Process
