Symptoms
When attempting to log in to Unifier App by scanning a QR code using the QR scanner on the sign-in page, the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Unable to process QR code"
When using the device's camera to scan the QR code, the device is forwarded to the proper URL.
STEPS
- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Using an iPhone or Android, open the Unifier App sign-in page.
- Select the QR code scanner option on the sign in page.
- Scan a QR code.
- Receive the error noted above.
- Use the normal camera function on the device to scan the QR code.
- The device will be forwarded to the correct URL.
