Accessing Certain BPs Within Unifier IOS App Causes the App to Crash (Doc ID 2961378.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are some Business Process (BP) logs that users are unable to open via iOS Unifier App. Tapping on the BPs from the Workspace causes the App to crash. Other BP logs can be opened without issue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All BP logs listed on the Workspace tab should open when users tap on them.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier App on an iOS device.
  2. From the Workspace, tap on one of the problem BPs.
  3. Application crashes.
