The "Description" Column In A Contract SOV Cannot Be Edited (Doc ID 2961395.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit the "Description" column in a Contract - Schedule of Values (SOV) sheet, the user is not able to modify and save changes to the text field. Whereas prior to the most recent upgrade (from 23.3 to 23.6) this field was editable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

An SOV column "Description" field should be editable and the changes saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell > User Mode > BP Upper Level node > Base Commit BP > Open record # BP-0001 > Click on the Menu Options button > Select SOV.
  3. Note that the "Description" column cannot be edited for any row in the SOV.
  4. No other columns are editable in the SOV either. Check a handful of other Projects and the SOV could be edited in some, but not in others.
