Symptoms

When attempting to update the personal payment method for an employee the following error occurs.

ERROR

You can't create a bank account for a person without a party ID. Run Synchronize Person Records or Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information. (PAY-1636576)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Show More > Personal Payment Method > Add
