ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using the structure tool, clicking on any icon results in a blank page where no changes can be made.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Page should render successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sandbox with the Structure tool -> Activate the tool and click on any icon -> Page becomes blank and no changes can be made.
2. Page is unresponsive
