Fusion Benefits: Resolved Pending Action Items Are Still Showing On The "# Of Action Items" Report (Doc ID 2961638.1)

Why are there are a few benefits Action Items that were resolved and completed but some of those employees are still showing up on "# of Action Items" report?

It is expected that employees whose pending actions have been resolved should not be included in the "# of Action Items" report.

1. Pending action items are resolved and completed from the employee's account within the Benefits Service Center
2. Check employee's pending action items from the Benefits Service Center and it has "0" as the amount
3. Select to view pending action items and they are showing as completed and resolved
4. Run the "# of Action Items" report and some of the employees are still appearing on the report. The Path to the location is Location/Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Benefits/Transactional Analysis Samples/Report Components
5. Run the "Manage Action Items" process with different parameters to see if this would help, but the results are 0 each time because those Action Items are already completed for those employees.
