Symptoms
After the 23C upgrade, the quick actions are missing from the Global Search bar when searching for an employee. Previously the user performing the search would be able to see a list of quick actions next to the employee's name that they could select.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home page > Global Search bar > Search for an employee
2. Verify the employee is returned but the associated quick actions are not shown in the search results
