ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Non merch item records are being deleted from Xoffice.
Running MFCS and Xoffice, and know there is no base interface of non merchandise items between MFCS and Xoffice.
Created a custom interface that creates a NON_PHYSICAL_ITEM mnt at the store level when items are created/updated in MFCS.
Use this mnt to create non merch items in Xoffice and Xstore.
Custom interface only inserts non merchandise records into Xoffice, it does not delete any records.
Physcial item record in Xoffice at the company level are being deleted
