Symptoms
Import Supplier
Unable to create new supplier records with Supplier > Organization > Regional Information fields populated using FBDI template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Import Supplier template with attributes
GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY
GLOBAL_Attribute1
GLOBAL_Attribute2

2. Run Import Supplier process
3. See Import Supplier pdf output errors
