Symptoms

On : 19.1.004.1 version, RIHA

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Many messages are stuck 'In Queue' and not moving.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Messages should process when 'In Queue'

STEPS

The issue is visible with the following steps:
1. Open RIHA https://<customer host>/riha-web/faces/rihaSummary.jsp?ribAppName=rms

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, messages are not processed
