Symptoms
Order lines stuck with 'Hold for Change Request' and has errors
ERROR

The service {SERVICE_NAME} was not processed because the date attribute on the shipment set has inconsistent values across the lines of the shipment set. (DOO-2685677)
Order promising did not schedule one or more fulfillment lines in the group. Evaluate the error, and resubmit the request. (DOO-2685017)
Task Schedule for orchestration process <> failed. Use recover task, recover order, or recover process to recover the failed task or process. (DOO-2685501)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create & submit the SO with 10 lines and ship together set to "YES"
2. In the revision, add new line 11 & submit
3. Observe that first 10 lines failed in Schedule task with hold & lock
