Symptoms
Issues are observed during qualification of an item
1. If an item is not qualified because Tariff Shift is not met, qualification status should be "No" instead of the current status "Requires Review".
2. When an item is not qualified because Tariff Shift is not met, reason code should not be "Success".
3. When an item classification code changes, the change should be propagated to item qualification records.
4. When qualification is run against an item, the result should show a link to item qualification instead of the current link to item origin.
