Symptoms

Init Block is defined to fetch variable value from backend customized table, i.e "Initialization Block : Demo Cost Center Security Init Block" is defined with SQL Query as below :

It used to work earlier but on a specific day security filter doesn't work for all users.

Changes

 There was a bundle migration when the issue happen, migration is done through console > promote objects
