'Oracle Integration Status : Unauthorized' shows up when you try to add OIC3 service instances

Reproduce steps :

1. Access to VBS and go to Organization > Environments

2. Create Environment

3. Click 'Add Instances', Instance Type : Visual Builder and Oracle Integration, Authentication Method : Oracle Integration Credentials

4. Fill in 'Base URL','Instance Name' + username/pass and then click 'Add' button

5. 'Oracle Integration Status : Unauthorized' keep showing up
