How To Populate Primary Point Of Contacts AOR (Area of Responsibility) Details In Help Desk SR Details Page?
In the SR details page HRHD team needs to see the AOR details , how can we get this information details populate in SR page after SR creation?
Example - If they have HR Business Partner (AOR - for a specific state/ Department) then in SR details page it should be populate.
