SIOCS Does Not Show Customer Information

Symptoms
SIOCS does not show customer information.
On the Customer Order screen the Customer Popup does not show any information that was integrated in SIOCS (via XML), there is also no information on the address table for Customer Orders.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be displayed as in Fig 12-10 of the SOCS user guide
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer order
2. Check the customer information
Due to this issue, users cannot see customer details.
