Performance Issue on Cost Change by Location screen.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Login to MFCS.
2. Click on Cost.
3. Click on Create Cost Change by Location.
4. Enter cost change description, reason, effective date.
5. Click add under items section, enter supplier site, country of sourcing, single item, click enter new value, enter value and click OK.
6. Wait 6 min, get message "expiration warning, click OK to prevent expiration".
7. Wait 3 more minutes to see the load of 1 item with 2241 locations to the locations section.
8. Click Save and Close.
9. Click Manage Cost Changes.
10. Enter Cost Change value on search screen and click search.
11. Select Cost change.
12. Wait 5 min, get message "expiration warning, click OK to prevent expiration".
13. Wait 1 more min to see the cost change.
14. Click Submit.
15. Wait 5 minutes.
16. Click Approve.
17. Wait 5 minutes.
