Resource Assignment Data Fails to Load Using P6 Web When View(s) use Code in Filter or Grouping (Doc ID 2962443.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view Resource Assignments, with certain views, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Unable to Edit View - View data is corrupt and cannot be edited

or

The progress icons (3-dots) spins continuously.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Navigate to Resource > Assignments.
  3. Change to specific view with Project Code / Resource Code or Assignment Code in the Filter or Grouping.
  4. Page never loads and 3 dots show until user navigates away from page or Error is displayed "Unable to Edit View - View data is corrupt and cannot be edited"
  5. Observe the Console error:  Uncaught TypeError: "xyzCodeId" is not a function.
