On : 12.2.1.4 version, Runtime Issues, Performance and Monitoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to purge ESS data

Unable to create a purge policy on ESS thus unable to purge data since

System had never been purge before

checking on table REQUEST_HISTORY shows over 6M records on it

select count(*) from REQUEST_HISTORY where DELETED='N';
Count=6305407
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
to be able to create a purge policy to start purging records.
