Symptoms

When a new round of a Negotiation is created, the base contract gets copied along with other Negotiation details from the previous round.

The user successfully created a new round, and the base contract was also created. But when the user deleted the new round, the base contract did not get deleted. If  new round gets created, that base contract gets copied to it, with the same contract number.
