On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to load a Worker HDL file for a new employee, the following error occurs.

The SourceSystemOwner value HDL_FUSION is unknown
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load a new employee via the Worker.dat HDL file
2. Encounter the error message above
