Unable To Edit 'Access Schedules' In Activities (Doc ID 2962673.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Since 23B we seem to be unable to edit the Access Schedule of an activity within OFS. The editor opens up, but doesn't seem to display correctly and doesn't allow us to edit.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We should be able to edit access schedule


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open activity details
2. click on pencil icon to open the Access Schedule editor
3. click on existing access schedule
4. Start and End time drop downs are missing
5. click on + to add a schedule
6. same behavior as in step 4


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot change the current Access Schedule through the UI interface.
