Symptoms

When opening an Approval Task in BPM to approve it, information is missing. 

For example: the Requisitions Approval notification is no longer displaying the Account Number. 

STEPS

This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. The issue occurs in BPM.
2. Click on a Requisition Number hyperlink to approve it
3. The notification opens, which displays information for the Requisition
4. The Account Number field is not displaying on the notification.
- From where does the Account Number on the notification pull from?
