SPF Does Not Validate in Mail Sender Registration Even Though the Correct SPF Record Has Been Added (Doc ID 2962780.1)

Symptoms

When registering your custom email sender SPF shows as not validated. 

You have added the correct SPF record for your region per How to Configure Email in OTM/GTM Cloud OCI Gen2 to Use Your Custom Email Sender <Note 2904314.1>

Navigation path for registration: Business Process Automation > Power Data > Mail Management > Mail Senders
