When using the HR Help Desk skill (Digital Assistant), newly created service request (blank pop up that never loads SR details)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Oracle as employee and click the digital assistant icon:
2) Click the delivered button to Create a Help Desk request:
3) Enter details for request and click Create:
4) Click link for newly created Service Request (blank pop up that never loads)
