Best Practice to Sync Profiles to OCC from External System (Doc ID 2962816.1)

Goal

Some customers may have external system that manage the shoppers' profiles besides OCC. In a scenario, new profiles are created in the external system. When a new profile is created profile, some customers use bulk import to push the new profile to OCC. This may lead to too many bulk imports, each of them only imports a single profile, and consequently, cause admin server performance issue.

This article describes best practice to sync profiles to OCC from external system.
