Symptoms

When attempting to run ImportProjectAsyncASAP after upgrading to P6 Web Services, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. While using the p6ws-jaxws-client.jar call ImportProjectAsyncASAP after upgrading P6 Web Services.
