ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Stock Count updates the wrong sub bucket when an item is not counted
Was detected that on the unit and amount stock count if a UIN item that is unavailable using a custom sub bucket, if is not counted, SIOCS will try to decrement 1 unit from the default sub-bucket (1 trouble) and not from the correct bucket where the UIN belongs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one stock count unit and amount for uin items where at least one item is using one custom sub-bucket
2. The unavailable item using the custom bucket cannot be counted
3. Authorize the stock count
4. See the error on the table store_item_stock_nonsell

3- Stock count is authorized, is expected to initial unit on the sub-bucked 100 be removed but what is happening is:
# 1 unit continues on the sub-bucket 100
# -1 unit is added on the sub-bucket 1
