PRC: PO: 23C-ERP-SOAK Issue With FBDI Files Created For PO Import Processing

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
23C-ERP-SOAK Issue with FBDI Files created for PO Import processing.
The CSV files created by the import template now have 'MYDOCS' or 'Documents' right before the file name, and the file did not process.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the current 23C template for PO import - https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/docs/fbdi-23c/fbdi/xlsm/POPurchaseOrderImportTemplate.xlsm
2. Generate the .CSV files.
3. Observe the resulting .zip file does look ok at first, but when viewing the .csv files within the .zip file, the filenames are prefixed with 'Documents' or 'MYDOCS' now.
4. The files do not import.
