Fusion Global HR: When Reassigning Area of Responsibilities (AOR) the Representative Field Is Not Restricted as Expected. (Doc ID 2963039.1)

Symptoms

The Representative field LOV populates people that the end user does not have security access to choose.

   Steps:
     1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More
     2. Employment > Areas of Responsibility
     3. Search for and select someone who has an AOR that needs reassigning
     4. Select the AOR, and from the Actions drop down select "Reassign"
     5. Locate the Representative field, and notice the search is not restricted as expected.
