ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Correspondence Language field is not getting displayed for Canadian employees even after making it visible in Design Studio

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correspondence Language field should be displayed for Canadian employees after making it visible in Design Studio

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable a sandbox
2. Go to design studio -> Transaction Design Studio -> Personal Details
3. Add a new rule by enabling the Correspondence Language field with Country as Canada
4. Save the rule and visit the actual Personal Details page

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Correspondence Language field
