ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Effective Start Date Hyperlink in Costing of Position Doesn't Work as the page it does not refresh
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The hyperlink should change the date and show the data as the effective start date that was selected
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Clients Group - Payroll - Show more.
2. Costing of Position - Search after the needed position.
3. Click on History - click on the hyperlink - The page is not changed.
