ReSA Records Rejected As Duplicated When Reprocessing Store (Doc ID 2963429.1)

Symptoms

ReSA records rejected as duplicated when reprocessing store .Due to issue at POS system, client deleted the store day in ReSA and reprocessed the entire store day but the records were rejected as duplicate records in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_REJECT. 

Steps:
1. Created transactions for a store day
2. In UI, Store day audit -> entered the store day details
3. More actions -> Delete store day
4. Transactions are been deleted
5. Ran SAGETREF job
6. Ran SAIMPTLOGTDUP_UPD job
7. Process sale transaction with the transaction number already in store day with status as D
8. Ran SA_CREATE_RTLOG job, see reject with DUP_TRAN error
