Symptoms

DOCCLOSE_JOB fails with logs similar to:

YYYYMMDDhhmmss~close_all_allocs~ ~#~RET-0105: generic stored procedure error~INTERNAL STORED FUNCTION ERROR deadlock detected: function=APPT_DOC_CLOSE_SQL.CLOSE_ALL_ALLOCS, error=Table item_loc_soh with key values of #, # is locked by another user.
