Symptoms

POM Nightly Batch is failing and log shows:

/u01/retailhome/rse-home/common/scripts/bin/rse_batch_freq_restriction.ksh: line 50: /u01/retailhome/rse-home/common/scripts/batch/rse_batch_freq_restriction.txt: cannot create [Permission denied]\n","errorStackTrace":"java.lang.RuntimeException: Forked process failed, returned exit code(99)
