Symptoms

"Recently Viewed" Links in OTM Global Search from a role, is still being available from other roles after switched to.
Users from that other roles can also create/edit new/existing objects from that link even if that role does not have access to that menu/screen.

Expected Behavior is : once switched role, recently viewed list needs to be refreshed or access needs to be restricted as per current role.

This observation can be reproduced with the below steps:

1. Logged into OTM with Domain Admin user
2. It launched in by default as ADMIN Home Springboard per User configuration
3. Searched for Automation Agent in Global Search
4. Clicked on the search result to go to Agent screen
5. Clicked on Home icon to go to Admin Home Springboard (this step is optional)
6. Switched role to any other role from the User Role dropdown (Save and Close)
7. Suppose, this new role doesn’t have option to Create/Edit Agents as per custom Menu
8. Clicked on Global Search box and it will show the Automation Agent as per Recently Viewed
9. Clicks on the option
10. It launched the Automation Agent screen
11. It allows user to Create new Agent
12. It allows user to Search existing Agent
13. It allows user to Edit existing Agent

Observation happens on Production, Test, Dev - all OTM instances.
