Sales Rep Able To Delete OTBI Folder (Doc ID 2964013.1)

Symptoms

The user has created a Shared > Sales Rep folder containing analysis that are accessible by sales rep role.
In the folder permission, BI Author and BI Consumer, Roles were removed and added Sales Rep role with "Open" (read, traverse) permission.
When the user logs in as the Sales rep he is able to delete the Sales Rep Folder which should not be the case.

Expected behavior: Sales rep should not be able to delete the folder with permission set as Open

Actual behavior: Sale rep is able to delete the folder

Steps:
1. Login to OTBI as Admin-> Catalog
2. Go to shared folder
3. Open your folder-> Within that create a sub folder (ex- Sales test folder)
4. Click More-> Permission
5. Add the Sales representative Role and provide Open permission-> Save

Login as the Sales rep and go to this subfolder-> More-> It shows the Delete option.
When clicked on Delete the entire folder is deleted
