Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Order Promising
When attempting to progress the Order with Line Level Attribute, which is used in Planning Attributes, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Order management can't schedule the item because supply isn't available. (DOO-2685270) Details: If you set the Latest Acceptable Date, then order management attempts to schedule the item no later than the Latest Acceptable Date. Here are some corrections you can try. A. Set the Requested Ship Date so there is enough time to schedule, ship, and deliver the item. B. To make sure the item doesn't ship before Requested Ship Date and arrives no later than Latest Acceptable Date, set the Latest Acceptable Date so it provides enough time to schedule and ship the item. C. If you don't set the Latest Acceptable Date, then make sure you have enough inventory so order management can schedule the item.
