Goal

Getting below error on APEX RDS explain plan tab.

Error computing plan for statement ORA-01039: insufficient privileges on underlying object of the view

Steps to Recreate:
1. Login to RDS.
2. create a query. For example:select * from rds_wv_uda ;
3. click explain tab
4. Note the Error
